Scott and his team exceeded my expectations at every turn. I needed my hot water heater replaced unexpectedly and WSD handled the removal and installed a tankless water heater same day. I wish all companies I did business with handled themselves like WSD.

We had banging pipes that everyone said was a simple fix - so I called Scott and he agreed it should be simple and gave me an estimated cost - well.... it turned into a week long head scratching, call the county water folks in - more head scratching - craziness! It wasn't just the average banging pipes - it was something they'd never heard before!
These guys pulled out all the stops to figure out what was going on and hit dead end after dead end - but they never gave up and in the end they figured it out! Pressure reducing valves (among other things) - (even brand new ones) can have unexpected issues!
A lot of companies would've handed it off to someone else and probably charged me double - but WSD and a good portion of their crew stuck with it day after day until it was fixed! And they never left us without water when they went home at night to think of other solutions !
I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs - no matter how crazy the issue!

Our septic tank backed up into the house on a Sunday morning. We called and talked with the answering service, left contact information, and within five minutes, Cory called back. Within an hour of speaking with Cory, Randy showed up. It turned out to be a two-man job, so Cory was there within just a few minutes. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and had us up and running within an hour. We definitely recommend this company to anyone at any time. Both Cory and Randy were very professional, but were also very friendly. We will definitely be contacting them in the future for water heater installation and for other repairs. Definitely call them for service.

Cory and Tyreik came to fix a valve stem at a house. This isn't my first call to this company but I feel like Cory is "my" plumber. He's always on time, calls to confirm the appointment and explains the issue thoroughly.

This prices are reasonable (not cheap) but you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay to have good people like Cory and Tyreik fixing plumbing problems right the first time!

We utilized Scott Williams and his team to replace a septic tank/sewer system that had become damaged and obsolete. They performed their work proficiently and professionally and were on time and on budget. I would highly recommend William's Sewer & Drain for a complete Septic System install. They did an awesome job from start to finish. We called Williams Sewer & Drain after having a TERRIBLE experience with another company. Williams Sewer & Drain came out the same day within a few hours of calling. It was late in the day and it was going to take some digging to get to our septic tank which would have gone into charging us overtime. Mr. Williams called us and told us what was going on and gave us the choice of preceding that day or coming back in the morning. We chose to have them come back in the morning and they should up by
8:00 am the next morning and was on a mission to locate our septic tank and get the job done. The whole crew was very courteous polite and professional. They got the job done very quickly, covered the hole, seeded and layed hay over the area and thoroughly cleaned up. The work they did was EXCELLENT and we will DEFINITELY use them again!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We had been working with another local company that was unable to fix our under warranty tankless hot water heater. We had been without hot water for over three weeks. They said we needed to just buy a standard tank for $1850. We called around and found WSD that were familiar with our heater. Evan and Tyriek from WSD called the manufacturer and explained the situation. They came out with the manufacturer rep and had my system up and running in 10 minutes! They noted at that time safety issues with our original install which they repaired to keep us safe! All for a price less than a 1/3 of our original company. Couldn't ask for better service and outcome! 10 stars! Thank you

Williams Sewer and Drain came out very promptly last week when we had water backing up into our house and potentially harming our new hard wood floors. They were very professional and efficient. We all thought the water not draining issues were resolved by pumping out the septic and snaking the main line. Unfortunately, the same issue arose again today. I called and they sent out Cory and Austin, who were amazing. They listened to us and got right to work diagnosing the root cause of the problem and fixed it properly at no additional charge! I highly recommend Williams Sewer and Drain - and I'd ask for Cory and Austin again!

We had a 2nd floor toilet leaking through the ceiling when flushed. Corey and Austin quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. Both were knowledgable, efficient and very courteous; a pleasure to work with. We will definitely call on Williams for all our future plumbing repair needs.

One of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. I had to have a laundry water line replaced today. Jim and Burt explained the process and walked me thru everything. Very professional and courteous.

I also had an emergency septic issue a month or so ago. Called Williams Sewer and Drain, they sent someone that afternoon. Jim showed up with the pump truck. I walked him thru the issue and he knocked it out. Very professional and explained everything really well.
